just trying to find out some details from my account- kept putting me on hold, but instead kept saying to hang on...instead of asking me do I mind being on hold for a moment. I work in IT customer services as well- the tone of the lady was quite stern- sounded like she was giving out to me all the time, it could be a cultural thing as it's obviously in some indian call center but definitely not very nice to listen to it, sounds quite harsh.
