Tried to book a holiday with Thomas Cook,you can understand why their in trouble,absolute nightmare. Wanted to go to Turkey self catering in Villa Asur. Price came up, fantasic! Went through booking process would not accept card. Talked live chat, couldn't help, phoned customer services,it's for an apartment not villa she says. It quite clearly states VILLA.Sorry to inconvenience you will take it off tomorrow.Three days later the holiday is still there! How can they get away with this? I WANT THE HOLIDAY!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The hotel I wanted was full so they booked me 100 miles away. Of course they would not help get it fixed. Gave some rubbish about calling the hotel and blaming it on them. The hotel never received a call because I was on the phone with them also. What a joke.......Stay away....or your sscrewed!
