Booked flight with them. Flight got cancelled. Spent 3 days on phone trying to find alternative flight. Put on hold for up to 2 hrs. Disconnected several times. Tried to cancel booking and was told I would have to call back when AIRLINE that THEY booked with was open(because "airline has your money now"). Why is that my responsiblity? I booked with you expedia, not the airline. Give me my $$ back an you deal with it. Avoid expedia at all costs.
