I have been using expedia for the past couple of years. Fortunately I have also used other websites because I will definitely be needing other websites in the future. I can honestly say that I won't be using Expedia in the future due to their total lack of customer service and loyalty. I had become an elite member traveling more than 3 times a year using their website but apparently that means nothing when you actually need something. The details are unimportant but the bottom line is that they will not budge or try to help in any way no matter the circumstances. For your own sake, use a different site and don't ever bother with their customer service line. For the record, I've never had issue with WestJet or with Flight Centre and as far as I can tell they have wonderful customer service skills.
