its monday 21/05/12, i looked on-line saw the flight i wanted to Australia, but rang to confirm it was still available, i was badgered into booking, i said i'll ring back cus wanted to check Sta travel and opodo, the woman, name Pascalin rang me back and said she would wait for me to transfer the funds, it looked a good deal so i did... £1698 for two return going dec 1-15th , next day get e.mail, the flights changed, i rang to be told china southern wasn't leaving manchester to paris and i could book my own flight, don't think so, i've paid you for it,, Expedia said we will refund you in 14 days,,i said ok i'll have refund... i later went on Expedia and china southern and the same flight available,, i rang Expedia and was offered a new flight for £200 more, the itinery was exactly the same that i booked on monday. i told Jocelyn (now talking to her) this, she replied "it takes a while to update our system usually 6 hours"
i got this e.mail two days ago, and the airline are upto date and shows same flights.
jocelyn "must be a mistake, do you want to re-book"

Expedia "can i have your card number"
me, "you already have my money, and got wait two weeks to get it back"
Expedia "i'm sorry Mrs Cork but its minimum 2 weeks and maximum 12 weeks for your refund"
