Booked a holiday,with booklateholidays,way back in September 2010, and went to Majorca,staying at Callo d or, the holiday was fine but never got our money back for, a day out to see the dolphins,have proof of payment to which the company have not denied,but was informed that the day trip organisers on the island should pay them my money back first, prior to me receiving it from them,to which has not happened ,after several phone calls i keep getting fobbed off,and no replies to my emails, and very disapointed with this company and shall not be using them again as i find them unreliable.... would have been nice to have some kind of comfermation prior to going on holiday,that this trip was organised ,but was never offered....
