I booked an All incluive vacation from Expedica for Barcelo Maya Beach in Mexico. My wife and I got in Cancun but after serching I found out that I had no transportation from the Airport to the hotel which was around about a hour drive.I had to pay $120 for a ride to the hotel and around $100 to return to the airport after my week's vacation.
This was my first trip to Mexico but I was left with a bad taste because of this by Expedica. I contacted Expedica from the hotel and was told that this was not included in their all inclusive vacations which is false advertising.
This was not a problem by my friends that booked their all inclusive with other companies so this looks bad on Expedica.
