Called Expedia for a hotel in New Mexico, had to say everything slo-w-wly and she still screwed up and booked us in Michigan. Agent's English language skills were zero. Called Expedia when we discovered it and they said all they can do is see if the MI hotel would cancel the charges for our "no show". Well, duh, they wouldn't. Now we're stuck with a lot of money so Expedia can employ people in God knows what Asian country instead of people who speak American English.
What'dda ya say we boycott Expedia until they start showing some integrity and take responsibility for their screw-ups??? I'd send them a letter, but they don't give you an address in Bangladore, India, or wherever they're located this week.

Hope it doesn't get boring, but I'm gonna keep it up until they fix it.

Well, whaddya' know, Expedia hasn't replied to their mistake that's costing me beau coup bucks. I guess they don't mind getting a daily reminder for the rest of 2012. I would appreciate all you readers' help in boycotting Expedia until they figure out that BAD SERVICE costs them money. That's how free enterprise works, fellas, and I positively know Expedia will pay more if they continue to screw their customers. With all the competition in the travel market, let's just use the other guys for a while, OK?

If you want to pay for someone else's mistakes, go to Expedia; otherwise use A service who is principled enough to pay for their own problems. Time to rectify the money you owe us, XXXpedia.

Please place your travel business with another travel agency until Expedia gets honest with their absurd policy on keeping your money regardless of their stupid mistakes. DROP EXPEDIA FROM YOUR PHONE DIRECTORY.

Imagine -- expedia reviewed my getting shafted and AGREED. Call off the dogs, but be advised, it's worth going to war to protect your money. Thank you Expedia.

They tell you the hotel denied the refund. Call the hotel direct and they will usually help you.
