The room was ok 7 out of 10. Food quality was ok most of the time 7 out 10. Dining room and service was quite good. Our waiter a portugese chap was excellent, unfortunately that's where the good points end. The reception staff and bar staff were the most unfriendly and hostile people I have ever encountered in any hotel and I (and other guests) told them so, but it was water off a ducks back, they were useless. If I could have given zero stars for my experience of booking with Expedia, I would have done so. I booked my complete holiday through Expedia - flights, hotel and airport transfer. Book a standard double room with breakfast included. Read confirmation email and listed as 1 breakfast is included. Phone CS to make a complaint. No resolution received, only repeat what's in confirmation email, no cancellation allowed. After booking on expedia, being redirected to a US site, without being told. I was booking from UK for flights and hotel in Australia, nothing to do with US.but being charged in US$ !!! “No help with flight change over 4 months away”

We used Expedia to book an internal return flight with Thai Smile from Bangkok to Phuket for February 2016. We have now had an email from Expedia telling us that Thai Smile have changed the flight times and we have been given new flight times that are over an hour earlier. Since my original review we have received an email from Expedia with further revised flight times putting the times back to almost what they were before. This is a relief for us and we just hope it stays this way.

Booked flight on phone with expedia as their website was crashing.discovered next day they had booked hotel for 2 nights but flight to return the next day. I have called and emailed numerous times but still getting nowhere.mostly been ignored. They are not a member of ABTA or AITO which is very clever on their part. Worst customer service on earth, we booked a hotel in Las Vegas. Deciding to cut our trip short, as the hotel was awful, we demanded a refund, for the days we left early. The worst company I have ever dealt with, nothing short of complete and utter LIARS !!!! We booked all inclusive, got there, hotel did not do all inclusive.
