We booked with some companies who always charged extra at the car hire counters and it was not good.. This time we paid what we paid online on site. The car was in Italy (provider Maggiore). Excellent level of service. Sure we will use economybooking for future trips. If you don't want to pay anything when you pick up the car, give them a try. We did and are happy so far.
