I had researched EBookers for one particular flight. I telephoned as I am always uneasy about using a site for the first time. The staff could not have been more helpful. I had a problem when it came to creating a password for some reason and it was very frustrating, hence another telephone call. The member of staff helped me with my query and made sure everything was functioning properly before we hung up. A very good first experience indeed and I am sure I will be using EBookers in the future and will certainly recommend it to friends.
