I booked and paid for Premium Economy flights to Hong Kong . This was confirmed in the DWTS paperwork , but on arrival at Heathrow I was informed that only economy tickets had been purchased. I complained from Hong Kong and the firm denied that I had booked premium economy . On return I sent the paperwork and they admitted that it was their mistake. I spoke to a senior supervisor who made offers of recompense , which were followed up by email. However since then I have had no recompense or assistance and latterly non of my calls or emails have been returned and the company have been dreadful in their service. In my opinion they are charlatans, who promise one thing, take the money and offer inferior service. There are many good travel firms and my advice is to avoid DWTS as much as possible as they are simply shocking and have no customer service and no honesty.
