Booked and paid for flights to Canada and was not actually booked on to a flight until after threatening the company with a credit card charge-back.
They had quite clearly taken my money and not bothered booking any flights until three weeks later, after several phone calls made & emails sent. The staff, apparently based in Ealing, were incompetent and unprofessional, not even able to handle a simple request without placing me on hold, or able to spell my surname the same way in three different emails.
Threatening a charge-back via credit card company accelerated things as within 48 hours a valid booking reference with an actual airline was sent; oddly it was for a different flight and different airline, so it is clear Dream World did not bother placing a booking at the time I paid.
Got a flight in the end, but it could have quite easily been at a day/time not suitable and only by coincidence worked out. All in all a very unpleasant experience and I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is.
