AVOID AT ALL COST

When u first contact this company all is good, we booked and paid for our tickets in June 2015 to fly in October to Australia,
Was given written confirmation all booked and paid.
Waited for etIckets to arrive,then finally called 5 days before we were due to fly to be told AIRLINE cancelled flights, had to pay extra to get on a earlier flight, via Abu Dhabi 11 wait, Phuket 6 hour wait, change of london airport hotel booking extra cost,being lead to believe this was all airlines fault, finally arriving bac home, contacted the airline, to be shown, how they had contacted DWT for payment none received all a ruse to get your money and not deliver, tried to contact them on several occasions no reply... I did see they were ATOl covered but from now on please make sure when booking tickets they r ABTA covered, have been told I have a case against them and would most properly win but getting the money would be another story, so people do not use this company... There are better ones out there that are ABTA covered
