Dreamworld took my money but did not pay the airline for my flight ticket. Have phoned them multiple times and been given every excuse under the sun for why they haven't done it. Been told I'll have my ticket next week, then the next guy says end of November, then when I rang again the "manager" said it would be in December.
These guys are bad. Do not trust a word they say.
Have reported them to the police, ActionFraud and Trading Standards and will shortly be contacting my credit card company and initiating a section 75 refund.
