BEWARE - THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICES FROM WHAT IS QUOTED ONLINE TO WHAT YOU PAY
I booked a holiday online and was quoted £1800. I then clicked the "BOOK NOW" button underneath the quoted price and went ahead on this basis.
Typed in all of my card details etc and confirmed the booking. There was then an internet page error, whereby their systems "hung" and I could not check if the booking had been confirmed or not and there offices had now shut.
I waited until the morning to call them and check the confirmation details and if it had indeed been processed or not. It had gone through but at a much higher price than I had booked with ?????????
According to their patronising customer service department prices can change... EVEN THOUGH I CLICKED ON THE QUOTED PRICE TO BOOK THE HOLIDAY.
THEY CHANGE THE PRICES THAT THEY QUOTE AND ADVERTISE TO YOU. DO NOT TRUST DIRECTLINE HOLIDAYS.

Prices can change but we do our best to inform people when it that happens. It’s clear from your review that didn’t happen for you. Whenever there is an error we are always keen to resolve it satisfactorily and I’m disappointed we didn’t for you on this occasion.
