Efficient friendly competent staff

We were recommended to ring DialAFlight as we had a complicated holiday to plan. We had already been to 2 high street travel agents who could not deliver our requirements.
As soon as I spoke to DialAFlight I was confident they would be able to meet our complex requirements. My husband and I wanted to fly to Sydney, then onto Melbourne. After 2 weeks we wanted to fly to Malysia with our daughter. After the holiday my daughter needed a flight back to Oz and we were returning to the Uk. DialAFlight were not phased by this and within an hour rang me back with various options and also accommodation suggestions. It was obvious they were very knowledgeable and found us good flights at a good price. They also recommended the best hotel in the best location for what we wanted to do in Malaysia. The team also sorted out our visas so we had nothing to worry about. They e mailed us a clear itinerary so we knew exactly where we had to be and when.
The day before departure DialAFlight rung me to check we had everything and to wish us a happy holiday and reassured us that we can contact them at any time during our vacation if we had any problems.
