I have used dial a light several times. This trip was for a 3 continent visiting 3 countries within 16 days. All correspondence was clear and correct, all vouchers arrived in plenty of time. You have one travel advisor who deals with your booking and are given a direct line to them after booking should you have any queries, this was great as only a few days before I was due to leave I had a problem but this was quickly resolved by my advisor. I would defiantly use dial a flight again, much better than the high street chains and cheaper as well. Thank you.
