I just returned with my two sons from a 3 week, 2 stopover trip to the U.S. with car hire throughout which was rescheduled smoothly by them after a visa holdup made the first departure date impossible. I spoke to three members of staff in all during the original bookings and then subsequently the rescheduling and everyone displayed the same friendliness, patience, efficiency and professionalism and went out of their way to meet our travel needs and find the best deal. I was recommended to contact them by a friend who had always been very satisfied with their service and now I in turn will be recommending them to others. They will be my ongoing contact now for all my travel needs. Thank you DialAFlight for your part in helping us have such a marvellous trip!
