I have been using dial a flight for over 12 years for mainly long haul holidays. We have been very fortunate to use the same agent and his team which has given us confidence knowing that the standards would be very high. We tell our agent the country we want to visit and the budget. The rest is sitting back and waiting for several options including the best locations and especially the best airline transfer times. On most occasions our travel agent or one of his team will have had personnel experience of the place we are visiting. Finally our agent has been very honest regarding a holiday price that they could not match without pressurizing us to choose alternatives.
I plan to keep using dial a flight for the future and will recommend them to our friends and family
