Excellent service

I have been really pleased with the service I received from Dial A Flight. The price was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful. My booking manager, Brook, was on hand every time I called to answer any and every question I had. She provided me with all relevant information and even gave me a courtesy call just before I left to check that I had everything I needed. As if that wasn't enough, I was upgraded to Premium Economy on the flight home!

I would definitely book through Dial A Flight now. This is my second major flight package booked through them and I have had nothing, but positive experiences. They really do go the extra mile to ensure that they meet all of my requirements and tailor the flight package to meet my needs. When I flew to South Africa with them, they even threw in a hire car and it was still cheaper booking that way than through BA without the hire car! Excellent customer service and great value for money.
