Great help with changing itinerary & other information

From my first telephone call with Dial a Flight booking my flights was made easy. I had complications in that I was booking flights for three people who at the time of booking were at separate locations and I didn't have specific dates from my fellow travellers. We had a family crisis in Australia and due to these circumstances it was difficult to stipulate our stay time there. We had lots of telephone calls with changing our outward flights but this was never a problem, Dial a Flight understood our problems and accommodated our needs. Whilst we were in Australia our circumstances had changed and we had to delay our return flights and decided to contact Dial a Flight directly rather than the airline company. We explained our circumstances and everything was dealt with smoothly. Not only did they sort our return flights they were so helpful in finding out with the airline company all that was needed to bring back ashes. Dial a Flight were not only there to make our flight reservations, they listened and understood our personal circumstances and helped to resolve our queries. We would certainly use Dial a Flight again and would highly recommend them to our friends and colleagues. We couldn't find anything negative to say about the company.
