Dial a flight was recommended to us by a friend from the first phone call the service was excellent. The person I dealt with knew who I was and all the details of my booking just from my name, I never felt just like a number. The smart phone app was particularly useful. It was great being able to look at all my holiday details whenever I wanted. We went on a 10 day trip to Vegas and New York my travel specialist booked the flights and recommended and booked the hotels which where superb. We gad a fantastic time and will definitely be using Dial a flight again and would recommend them to anybody.
