The title says it all. I've been using Dial A Flight for ages without complaint. But, as ours is a consumer society, I still check other websites from to time to see if I can get a better deal. After wasting ages online going round in circles and filling in interminable 'e-questionaires', I always seem to default to Dial A Flight. Then, quite simply, the hassle part is over as ever helpful but NOT pushy sales agents take it on. Not only that, once you've paid for the flights, they don't lose interest in you. An agent calls back some days before the journey to ask if everything is ok....any last minute queries/problems. Customer service....rare these days with so much done online. I'm sticking with these folk.
