I contacted DialaFlight on recommendation from a friend who regularly travels to Japan. I was going to the USA (I'm a regular traveler to the States. I found the service of DialaFlight to be very efficient, friendly and informative. I received a telephone canal two days before departure to make use everything was OK and to ask me if I had any further questions. Whilst the airfare was slightly more expensive than through my normal channels for booking, the overall booking, confirmation and sense of being important to the company made the small extra diff emcee worth it.
