A phone that is answered by a real human being! That is a good start, then was given best option, which really did turn out to be the best one, I was warned about a 5 hour stop over in Brisbane and that the alternative was another £400. No surprises, just good service, and more importantly good advice about visa and baggage transfers. All went smoothly, there is really nothing else to add except we have flown to New Zealand about 12 times now, wish I had rung them first time, it was simply very good so my best wishes to the Team.
