Obliged to visit Florida for a 90th birthday celebration, I handed the organisation of the trip over to DialaFlight - first time I had used them so didn't know what to expect.
In the event they organised timely flights, a stayover and a hire car that all fitted exactly with our requirements and at a competitive price.
Communications were excellent and a small change in plans was handled with minimum of difficulties. A single dedicated staff member dealt with everything, which I appreciate. A hiccup over a flight reference was fixed promptly and professionally.
There's nothing not to like and I'd happily use their service again. Recommended.
