Have used Dial a Flight for three trips to Australia.

Each time they have been efficient and the staff are very friendly.

The last time the airline I was using in Business Class did not book a chauffeur car for me, only found out a couple of days before, Dial a Flight ensured that a car arrived to get me to the airport on time.
