Excellent service from dial a flight. We had emails or if not phone calls with updates of our flights. We had one of our flights changed on our return journey home from Borneo which meant we had 13 hours in Singapore before our next flight. Dial a flight arranged for us to have a room at the transit hotel in Singapore which was no expense to us, also pick up the hotel voucher at Heathrow on our journey out. It was all sorted out hassle free and also had new e-ticket updated with time change and that a hotel was booked. It made a lot of difference for this to be sorted out for us and very grateful to Dial a flight, thanks very much.
