Once they've got your money...

I've used dial a flight several times over the past 5 years - they've always been great. I made a big mistake this time, though - I paid for the flights in full, although we're not travelling for 5 months - Manchester to Delhi and then Goa to Manchester. The idea being, they would come up with flights from Delhi to Goa and some accommodation. It doesn't look as though there's much commission to be made in that part of my booking because, once they'd had the money for the main flights, they stopped responding to my emails. At first they tried to fob me off saying they were waiting for the hotel in India to get back to them with prices. It has now been 15 days of constantly contacting them either by phone and being promised that someone would definitely phone me back or by email with no response. I got really fed up, booked the flights myself and contacted the hotel by email - they got back to me in 24 minutes! What dreadful service!
