I recently booked to go to USA with diaaflight. I called and made provisional booking which i thought was a good deal. I made arrangement to call later with my credit card details. When I called to confirm and pay, I was told by the sales person, I was informed then that the hotel booking is not confirmed, but there is a good chance it will be fine. I paid for the package, however, About ten minutes later I had another call from the same agent stating that the hotel is not available and have to be changed. In fact I was assured that the new hotel which is of the same chain has better star rating than the first one.
I was shocked and very disappointed to see that was not true when i got to my destination. The hotel i was booked to was much lower in quality and star rating. Furthermore, they have a vacant rooms of the lowest rate available.
Rang the agent that booked me the flight, promised to check with hotel and get back to me but never did.
Been customer with dial aflight but never was treated in this way before.
