“Bad Service”

This is a fraud. If you try to cancel your reservation, they keep you waiting for hours and they do not accept your cancellation. I tried to cancel my hotel reservation 3 weeks in advance and I couldn't and they charged me with the 100% of the cost. I strongly advice not to use this service. There are lots of other companies with better service.
