IT WOULD BE BETTER THAT YOU GO FOR A LOCAL DEALER BUT NOT HERE. ONLY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY, BOOK FLIGHT WITH THEM. I MYSELF HAVE WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY AND KNOW ITS INS AND OUTS, SO I WARN YOU GUYS. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND TRUE TO THEIR WORDS. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU SOMETHING BUT WILL NOT FULFILL THEIR PROMISE.

I worked for them for more than six months and the owner of this company, Chaitanya Gupta, did not give me my salary yet. He keeps on making false excuses and therefore, this company is not at all trustworthy and worth paying your valuable money and time. Never make a deal with these people. It is the biggest cheater in this industry.

I was searching flights to Lahore for 2 adults in June and found very attractive fares on Dear Flight website. I paid approx half amount of my ticket and rest amount i will about to pay after a week. After two days, I got a call that hold ticket taxes has been increased and will be paid £100 more per adult. I have been frustrated to listen it....

At first seemed very helpfull, but throughout contact i found them quite inept at communicating, at times struggled to understand them, making payments was a nightmare 2 occasions they got my address wrong and card details wrong.

any review that is 4 or 5 stars is most likely written by one of their agents/advisers. They give rubbish customer service once you book through them, no help in trying to get a refund. I paid over £1300 for 2 tickets and all they offered to give back is £600 and on top of that they take commission and have no kind of remorse in the false and misleading information they gave me in the first place. Do not, what ever you do ever book flights with this company or any company associated with them; they are greedy, with an attitude that you have all the money in the world to spend. outrageous and disgusting.

I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service I have received from DearFlight. I have booked numerous flights over the past months and every time, I have received excellent prices, prices far below prices that I could find on the internet. The customer service has been outstanding, I make a request and it is activated on immediately with professionalism, diligence and competence. Payment is made so easy and the e-tickets are issued promptly, any special requirements such as aisle seat and food requirements are always organised, even to booking onward travel organised with the airline. The staff are so helpful and facilitating and extremely patient as quite often I have changed dates which has meant extra work. I would recommend booking with DearFlight as they are so reliable with excellent personal service by staff who do care about the customer.

I broke my own rule and booked flights with dear flight before reading reviews. Having parted with money I then read reviews and was very worried as all of them said not to touch this company! The next working day I called the airline who confirmed the booking, and I also chose seats on their website! My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday and great flights. The prices were the same as other agents - we didn't go for the cheapest as they included very long stopovers in airport terminals. The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful and followed through everything he said. The only thing he didn't know when you can choose seats but he had a good knowledge of the different airlines and helped me decide.

there is alot of willingness to please the customer in thier desired trip and adventure. i appreciate their concern and willing to put a bargin smile on peoples faces. and i will travel again or tell a friend about it.

Booked three adults flights found the whole customer service very frustrating. No one knows what your talking about when you call them that's if you can understand what there saying. Found them to be rude and would never book with them again ever
