I was very impressed in the Manner all my queries were answered,the agent seemed to have all the information available, the agent made very valid points as to why I had to adjust my original plans of travel.I was offered the best travel arrangements at the best price that I had been quoted by other travel agents.What really impressed me was the flexibility and common sense displayed by the agent coupled with his overall knowledge of Airlines etc.On the matter of dislikes regarding the Agent,I have to admit that I could not find anything to be critical about nor could I offer ways in which the booking process could be improved.Dear Flight should consider themselves very fortunate to have such a competent and efficient Employee.
