2 days ago I purchased a round trip comprising of four separate flights in business class to Thailand.
Over the last few years I have used many agents online for my bookings and I have to say that in my opinion, Crystal Travel was up amongst the best.
The website is very user friendly and they appear to offer a consistently competitive price. Confirmation was almost instant and my E Tickets were emailed within a few hours with everything to satisfaction.
I had read one or two reviews prior to booking about mis-bookings etc, but on closer scrutiny it appeared that the problems could be attributed to the incompetence of the people using the website. If one does not have the integrity and common sense to check times and dates of bookings then in my opinion they would be better off using a high street travel agent !!
Personally I would recommend Crystal and would certainly use them again in the future.
