We booked our Eastern European holiday with Crystal Travel on a very limited budget. Our travel agent, Bryan, was very accommodating and was able to arrange the most affordable option while maximising the number of countries we could visit. I was very pleased with the service. All throughout the process of booking the flights, adding extra luggage space and issuing our boarding cards, Bryan was very friendly and very approachable. His replies were prompt and he was always pleasant to deal with. The only issue was with payment and I encountered several problems getting my payment through to Crystal Travel. But persistence got us through some of those minor setbacks and we are on our way to Budapest in a couple of days. I thank Crystal Travel for some excellent service.
