I just tried your chat option which is their on the crystal travel's website
and i don't know the name of that person who is chatting with me after i tell him about my travel plans he told me to wait and chat got diconnected.....!!!!
I don't know whats going on.....Horrible!!
On website not even a single E-mail ID is available where i can try to write a complaint about all this. The experience was too bad......right now i am in India and not able to call their call center and they are not able to book a flight on chat then why they have a chat option on their website.
