Essentially this organisation posts flight prices on their website, which do not actually exist! They dont possess any tickets for the flights advertised! Once you have paid, they will send you and email informing you that the booking has not been generated however you be contacted by one of their consultants. They then search for the flights. Depending on the amount they find the flights for will depend on how much extra they will charge you, the good reviews you see will be from people who havent been charged any extra, unfortunately the unlucky customers are told to pay up more or their flight wont be confirmed. Many people cant deal with the hassle therefore pay the extra! I assume its legal what they do but it is most certainly ethically and morally wrong. Ive never been one to complain and certainly never bothered to upload reviews onto any sort of review website but after this disgraceful act, I felt it only right to vent my anger frustation and disappointment. I hope you all take on my advice.
