I am very impressed with the service from 118. Every time I phone everyone is very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The person I spoke this morning booked a holiday for my family three weeks ago and was very good. I have been with her for a long time and she is excellent and always goes the extra mile for me and it is great to see that she has really good service around her. Rang this morning and another consultant found out when she was around and sent her an email to ring me back.

Aso would add that they have been very good with add-ons and insurance service was very good too.


No hesitation in recommending this Company for really top notch service and deals
