Beware!

I booked 3 cruises with Cruise 118, a 3 week back to back and an 11 night cruise both with Celebrity Cruises. On all of these cruises I have had a great deal of difficulty accessing my on line documents. On all occasions I have had to contact Celebrity and Cruise 118. The problem with the first 2 cruises was that the finance had not been cleared, after many phone calls I eventually received my documents a week before embarking. There was also a problem with a private transfer between ships that did not turn up to meet us and getting a refund.

The cruise that I am about to go on I am experiencing the same problem, I paid the balance due over 3 months ago to Cruise 118, apparently this has not been paid to Celebrity. I was told by Cruise 118 that they had transferred the money to Celebrity last week, this is 3 months after I had paid them. I have contacted Celebrity again earlier and I have been told that there is still a problem with the travel agent. Cruise 118 have fobbed me off with all sorts of excuses, what they don't seem to comprehend is that I have taken many Celebrity cruises and know the procedure about the online forms.

This company is obviously not paying clients money to the cruise companies when the client pays them.
