When I telephoned Cruise 118, the concierge I spoke to was extremely helpful and had a friendly manner. He listened to our request and conferred with his colleague. The result: an excellent value cruise, plus the included offer of 6 bottles of wine. I found the whole booking very easy and straightforward, thanks to the concierge I spoke with. I have already mentioned Cruise 118 to relatives and friends.
The free wine was also easy to have delivered - again the concierge from Cruise 118 explained what would happen and the timescale involved. When we ordered the wine, we had a choice of delivery dates within 5 days of contacting the firm. It would have helped to know the cost of the car parking at Rosyth - £9 per night, which is more expensive than airport parking.
However, on balance a positive experience.
