“Worst customer support in the cruise business?”

They cancel cruises that was previously confirmed, without any notification. No explanation why, no effort to solve problems with purchased hotel and air tickets. Just rude answers like "don't send more mails. Soon 5 weeks and total confusion.
There is absolutely no smiles with Cruise Miles!

Absolutely agree..have also had problems(see my review 13/3/13) and now reading other reviews realise there is no chance of getting anything resolved.How did they win worlds best travel rewards award recently?

That award is worth - nothing. The organisation is issuing hundred of awards every year. I.E. for the best dressed air hostesses and so on. Stupid.

have you a new about your cancel cruise ? I am the same with you since 3 month but Cruisemiles do not want to solve it,I'm in the rules .who know how to complaint Cruisemiles ?iI think Cruisemiles will be ignored our claim.if any one who how to getting back the cruise please help me . thanks.
