not a tour upto the expectations

We had marvel of Europe tour starting from 14 to 20 August. 1. In spite of giving full payment in advance the local travel agent not provided confirmation till 1week before leaving. They don't provide required information as they have to depend on head office in kolkota or Mumbai for any information we have to call again and again for the same. Even they sending one of our Co traveller of Delhi one day later. 2. The person who received us at Paris airport was disappear leaving us at hotel. We have to wait for 4 hours to check in to hotel. All hotels are at outcasts of city and no nearby shops to buy another. 3. Quality of hotel in Paris was not good .buy thehhotels in Switzerland and Austria were good though they were not in the main city. 4. Paris is a very dangerous place .We have seen 2 robbers in two days. Behaviour of the people are also not good. They don't like English spoken people. Even there is nothing to see except the tower. 5. Thanks for providing Indian food at all places but you can not enjoy their food as it's not always available in the allotted restaurants. 6. Very rigid schedule. You get less time to enjoy. Most of the time you have to travel by bus. 7. Our guide  was good and a responsible person.
