This was the first time I had dealt with Clearsky holidays. I purchased a voucher break to Amsterdam on Groupon with this company. The availability (dates) are stated on the voucher, but when I called to book, they said the dates I wanted were NOT available. I just could not understand this and as I had already bought the voucher I could not do anything about it. I had to choose different dates. The whole experience with ClearSky holidays was an inconvenience and I am also disappointed in Groupon to.
