As we got what we paid for we cannot complain or moan (just the weather could have been better, but can't blame this on anyone, right?). We only spoke to sales person on couple of occasions, to re-confirm all details and to add a bag to the flight, which was done for us as asked.
Hotel was in good location, close to Garre Du Nord, rooms small but cosy and looked after, friendly hotel staff. Parisiens are notoriously known for their moodyness, but we thought they were fine and quite friendly, just once we didn't like the man serving at the caffe when we only wanted to order a tea and no lunch - he was obviously expecting some tips of us.
