Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, very helpful staff, well appointed rooms (quieter in the annex from the main building) and a good varied offering from the buffet every day. Kalyves is well located for either Central or Western Crete, you need a car to get around (very reasonable rates in October) as the bus services are not that frequent late in the day. Take a drive through the mountains to the South and go East along the coast to Bali Beach, a little gem. Our thanks to Citrus Holidays for good advice and solving a couple of small problems for us, great service.
