I find that CheapoAir usually has the best prices on flight than other websites. It's straightforward and easy to use. I've only had trouble once with the payment part which was rejected and it had to be called in to be processed. Otherwise it was simple to use. I also booked a car rental through them. It was in the US, so although the pricing on the site was CAD, when I paid at the car rental it was in USD and ended up being more than was stated in my reservation with CheapoAir.
