The customer service I received on the telephone from the agent was one of a kind. This lady went out of her way to ensure that we received the best price that there was to Miami Florida from Toronto in July. The prices were not inexpensive for this time of the year, so I was finding it really difficult to find prices that were reasonable out of the Toronto airport instead of going through Buffalo. She did every thing she could to help us, and booked us that night with a discount, which lessened her pay fee.

We had no problems on the flight. The flight attendance, especially the ones when we were returning was extremely pleasant, which is not usual on the airlines nowadays.

Would definitely use this Agency again.
