Aegean Airlines flight October 2014. We were offered FLEXIBLE DATE TICKETS at competitive prices and correctly advised to check the airlines baggage policy before booking.We followed instructions and the options were, go light, FLEX, or business. The FLEX tariff included a check in allowance of 23kgs per person,and we booked the tickets on this understanding.The e- tickets issued had no mention of the class of ticket purchased, but when checking in we were charged 35euro per case or told we could not fly. Cheapo air are avoiding our reasoning as to why they continue to offer these FLEXIBLE TICKETS, PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING.
