I booked a ticket with this company and i payed a insurance fee which included cancellation or change .
When i called them for a change on a date they asked me to pay more 100£ as a fee for this change.I will never recommend this company to nobody.

Juli, insurance does not cover a change of plans, and refund of cancellation unless it is one of the covered benefits. We provide the completed PDF file on our website for your review of what insurance covers. If thoroughly reviewed it will not mention refund in case your plans fall through. It's mainly for medical reasons, death. This is very common for travel insurance.
